Manmohan Kaushal is the Principal Lawyer at Kaushal Law Corporation, bringing over seventeen years of legal experience. He earned his law degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and established a distinguished practice in civil litigation and criminal defence.

Following his successful legal career in India, he relocated to Canada and completed the accreditation requirements through the National Committee on Accreditation at the University of Ottawa. He was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2013.
